Exceptionally awesome check-in with Alexia, who made my day with her outstanding smile and professional-cordial ways!! After that, it just had to be a wonderful stay! Loved everything about the hotel! My room was very quiet with a great view on the runway, good minibar and coffee-maker. Water kettle was available upon request. The hotel is very easy to find, right by Terminal D and the perfect place, if you are catching an early flight. Or - if you are catching a flight in the evening - you can leave your luggage at the hotel, explore Dallas during the day and pick up your luggage later. Thanks Hyatt!

The location inside Terminal D of DFW Airport, right outside TSA was super convenient for a short overnight layover, saving us time which translated to more sleep. The lobby is upstairs an escalator outside the security area and easy to find. Check in was extremely fast and we were to our room within about 10-15 minutes of landing. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and comfort of the hotel. The rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable and the decor was modern.

Standard of food was way above expectations and presented well. Staff on arrival and throughout were attentive, polite and kind. Room was clean, spacious and well-designed. Well-stocked mini bar and a decent (although reduced) room service menu. The option of a late checkout, chargeable by the hour was extremely helpful and exactly what was needed whilst needing to work somewhere peaceful and comfortable before needing to go for one's flight.

Location...location....location. After a long day of flying from the UK the convenience of walking straight to hotel is worth every penny. Bar/restaurant was over priced, but that what you get with airport hotels that are attached to the terminals. Hotel room was HUGE (expecially after small inns in Scotland), A/C was slow to get cool but got there in the end. Huge windows overlooking the runways was fun.

Location of the restaurant was good and the food was good. I ate both breakfast and lunch (and had a number of drinks at the bar in the afternoon) as I had to wait 24 hours for a plane. Cannot complain about any of the food or drink offerings. Super helpful reception staff who were even able to offer me gym gear for purchase so I could use the gym. Great offering.
